Food Vendor Application Process

The food vendor application process is a two step process. Please complete the steps in the order of this webpage.

Step 1: Informational Application

Please complete the below application file and email to Shain Wolstein.  The application file is the blue icon at the bottom of this information. 

 

The selection is based on those applications that come in first.  The committee accepts vendors that have application filled out properly, payment, and are the first for the food they serve to avoid duplication.  To be fair to all vendors the committee will not allow more than one type of food vendor.

 

Application will not be accepted after June 30, 2022.

Step 2: Payment

To complete your vendor application please remit payment through our secure PayPal link below. The An Rí Rá Montana Irish Festival Committee will refuse any vendor that does not provide payment with application. Refunds will not be granted 30 days after receiving application.  If you cannot attend the festival please notify the committee immediately.
