Our line up for the 2023 An Ri Ra Montana Irish Festival is amazing
Reverie Road is a fresh, eclectic celtic combination, featuring fiddler Winifred Horan and accordionist John Williams [founding Solas members] alongside former Gaelic Storm fiddler Katie Grennan and Jazz and Raga pianist Utsav Lal [Young Steinway Artist]. Firmly grounded in their collective Irish roots, Reverie Road embraces humor with musical insight & natural abilities. Original textural adventure weave the roots of Irish traditional with new departures and curated gems including distilled airs, continental waltzes and upbeat reels and jigs.
The Jeremiahs is an Irish folk band that comprises four musicians who have come together with the common goal of writing, composing an performing folk songs and music. They have traveled extensively, bringing their music far and wide and are heralded as a live band not to be missed. With a wonderful mixture of newly composed songs and tunes in the folk genre and a well selected catalogue of older folk songs, they are sure to rouse all the emotions..
Hailing from County Dublin is singer Joe Gibney on vocals. On fiddle, viola and vocals is County Cork's Niamh Varian-Barry [formerly of Solas]. On flutes and whistles is the French born Julien Bruneteau and on the guitar is Dublin born James Ryan.
McLean Avenue Band
McLean Avenue Band are an Irish American band, based in Hudson Valley and Westchester County, New York. They have taken the Irish American music and entertainment scene by storm with their wonderful arrangements of pop, rock and folk songs, intertwined with Traditional Irish tunes and upbeat melodies, played on fiddles, banjos, bodhrans [Irish Drum] button accordions and acoustic guitars.
The band formed through a regular weeknight get together [AKA "session"] of local talented Irish musicians, in a bar on, McLean Avenue, in the Woodlawn area of New York City. Hence the name McLean Avenue.
Trinity Irish Dance Academy
For nearly 40 years, this Chicago, Milwaukee and Madison institution has become the most widely recognized Irish dance program in the world. Founded by Mark Howard in 1982, the Trinity Academy of Irish Dance has set numerous competitive records and thrilled audiences worldwide. The academy has shaped the lives of over 10,000 students.
Tiernan Irish Dancers
The Tiernan Irish dancers was founded in January 2004 by Mark Howard the founder of the Trintiy Academy
