Waiver of Responsibility: I know that running is a potentially hazardous activity. I am in adequate physical, mental and medical condition to participate in this event.   In consideration of acceptance of my entry, I for myself and anyone entitled to act on behalf, waive and release the An Ri Ra Montana Irish Festival 5K/10k, race officials, race volunteers, Montana Gaelic Cultural Society, Butte Silver Bow County and all sponsors for all liability arising from illness, injuries and damages I may suffer as a result of my participating in this event.   I grant permission for all the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, videos and recordings of this event for any legitimate purpose.   I understand the entry is non-refundable. I understand this is a USTAF event and in accordance with the USATF rules.   Nature and manmade obstacles exist and conditions may vary constantly with weather changes.

By paying for the registration, you are confirming that you are the registrant or legal guardian of the registrant and that you are at least 18 years of age as of the date of the payment.
